Scope

These website-use terms describe the public Valendos website and its demonstrations. The operator is identified in the Impressum.

They are not a software subscription agreement, project contract or a substitute for negotiated service terms. Merely visiting this website does not constitute acceptance of a paid service contract. Mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Information and demonstrations

The website describes hotel infotainment, interactive tours and guest-service workflows. Each commissioned solution is scoped around the hotel's branding, facilities, guest languages, hardware and operational requirements.

Demonstrations are illustrative. The Alpine is fictional. Weather, menus, opening hours, room numbers and request confirmations are not operational hotel information. A demo submission does not place an order, make a booking or send a service request to a hotel.

Some demonstration panoramas are AI-generated and labelled accordingly. Stock photographs and demo scenes do not establish that a depicted property is a client or that a specific excursion is offered by a hotel.

Enquiries and service contracts

This website currently has no checkout, payment flow or online ordering process. An enquiry is not an order. Project scope, pricing, taxes, delivery, licensing, hosting, maintenance and support must be agreed separately with the identified legal operator.

Valendos offers its services exclusively to businesses, not to consumers. Separate project or service agreements define payment milestones, acceptance, changes, intellectual property, photography permissions, availability, cancellation, liability and data protection. These website-use terms do not set those commercial conditions.

Responsible use

Use the demonstrations without entering real guest data or confidential information. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, obtain unauthorised access or interfere with other visitors' use.

Content and intellectual property

Website content and software may be protected by copyright and other rights. Third-party images and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. These terms do not override those licences or restrict uses permitted by law.

Permissions to use commissioned software, hotel photography and client branding are defined in the relevant project agreement, not by viewing a demo.

Availability and external links

Website content may be updated, and demos may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. External links lead to websites operated by others; their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. No blanket exclusion of statutory liability is intended.
