01 / Your hotel, at a touch
Hotel infotainment
A beautifully branded touch experience that brings your services, spaces and local recommendations together. Designed around your hotel, not a generic template.
See the experienceYour hotel, brought to life
A day at The Alpine.
Make today memorable.
A welcoming digital touchpoint
Everything your guests
need to discover.
A lobby screen can do more than display announcements. It can help a new arrival find the restaurant, discover a spa treatment, choose tomorrow's excursion or see what is happening today, without needing to ask reception every time.
Valendos creates a touch-friendly interface for the services your property actually offers. We plan the navigation, visual content and screen layout around your guest journey, whether the display sits in a busy lobby, a quiet lounge or a hotel room.
Dining & daily menus
Present your restaurants, opening hours, today's meals and seasonal specials. Use your own food photography and descriptions so the experience feels like an extension of your dining offer.
Wellness & hotel facilities
Introduce spa treatments, pools, fitness areas and other amenities. Show practical information such as access times, treatment descriptions and how to make a request.
Local experiences
Highlight guided hikes, city tours, day trips and activities arranged by your hotel. Help guests compare what is available, where it takes place and who to contact.
Useful information at a glance
Combine hotel notices, daily highlights, weather and essential stay information. Data sources, update frequency and any live availability connections are agreed during project planning.
One hotel. Many experiences.
Make every part of your stay discoverable.
Let your own dining, wellness and local experiences lead the way. Your photography turns useful information into an invitation.
Made to belong in your hotel
Your identity.
Your priorities.
A boutique city hotel and a family mountain resort should not look or feel the same. We adapt the experience to your visual style, guest profile, facilities and the way your team works.
Start with your logo, colours, typography, photography and tone of voice. Then shape the content hierarchy around what matters most: wellness, dining, business facilities, local adventures or a mix of them all.
A natural part of your brand
From a restrained luxury style to a warm family atmosphere, the interface follows your hotel rather than imposing a fixed look.
The right content, in the right place
Choose your service categories, guest languages and location-specific information. A room display can have different priorities from a lobby display.
Built around your environment
We agree screen sizes, orientation, touch hardware, network requirements and how your staff will keep information up to date before implementation.
From concept to your lobby
A considered rollout.
We begin with your property, existing hardware and content. Together we choose the essential screens and agree the design before building the experience.
We prepare the hotel content, configure the agreed features and test the display in its intended setting. We also agree a content-update process and handover so your team knows how the experience will stay useful after launch.
Planning your setup
Can this work with our existing screens?
We review screen resolution, touch capability, browser support and network access first. Suitable hardware can be reused; any replacement or additional equipment is identified in the project scope.
Can it show live bookings or availability?
That depends on the systems you use and the access they provide. We assess any connection to booking, restaurant or spa software separately. A live integration is only included when its requirements and scope are agreed.
Can we begin with one display?
Yes. A focused lobby installation can be the starting point. Room displays, additional languages and new service categories can be planned as later additions.
